Chapter Twenty

Today I am celebrating my twentieth birthday. The celebrations had to be held off until I completed my last final this afternoon, but now I am free to embrace the next year of my life. Let's hope that twenty is much better than nineteen, but that I take with me all of the lessons that nineteen taught me.

Fatigue.

My mind aches, my body limps, and my eyes droop.

Finals haven't even begun for me, but the stress of preparation and finishing up final projects has already worn on me to the point of threadbare thoughts, incoherent sentences, and dizzying steps.

Grant me strength.
